This new group will be starting on Thursday 19th February, 1:30-3:30pm, in the side room at Burnham Carnival Hall (use the entrance by the main car park please). £2 per person.

This first meeting will be a discussion but feel free to bring some portable crafting if you'd like to. Many thanks to those who have offered to co-lead the group. It is possible that emails have gone into junk folders so please do check there towards the end of January.

The second meeting was a great success and certainly lived up to our title, as it was very companionable, with a variety of crafts. We will continue to meet in the small room of Carnival Hall on the third Thursday of the month, although we have had to change our time which will now be 1pm to 3pm. Julie Cleverley has kindly agreed to lead the group, with Jan Moreland as co-lead. The cost is £2 per person. Please bring your own mug or other refreshments.

Meeting two of the Company of Crafters will be from 1:30 to 3:30 on 19th March at Carnival Hall. Hopefully, the door at the car park side will be open. Please bring your own tea or coffee on this occasion, and some ‘portable craft' if you wish. As there were only eight of us at the first meeting, the main discussion item this time will be about the suitability of the venue.
