From Purcell and Handel to ABBA and The Beatles!

Some members are complete novices; some hadn't touched a recorder since junior school and others have been playing for years.

Between them they now have descant, treble, tenor and bass recorders and play music chosen to suit the group's range of abilities.

Their repertoire is certainly varied – classical music can be followed by The Beatles, ABBA or a tune from a show.

If there's an old recorder hiding somewhere in your house, perhaps it's time to give it another outing!
