Alex demos his delicious spring recipes live on Zoom, especially for u3a members. Alex, along with the other chefs in the team, trains chefs, catering staff, managers, carers, families and of course older vegetarians too. Previous to working for Vegetarian for Life, Alex was the Principal Tutor at The Vegetarian Society Cookery School
