Hello members

Here we are nudging our way into Autumn, but fingers crossed the weather holds up.

Just a couple things from me this month, firstly as I have mentioned before we have launched the survey, this can be found on our website (will also be available in paper form at the monthly meeting). The survey is hopefully going to give us the committee valuable insight into how we are doing, coupled with what you would like to see/happen in our u3a. Please take five minutes to fill it in.

The second thing I want to mention is that during August we met with our neighbouring u3a (Dengie and District u3a) - this meeting was to explore how we could develop a closer relationship, we agreed to make it easier for members of either u3a to join each others' interest groups, and work together on social outings.
