Hello Members,

Just a couple of things from me this month. First, we will be launching the Burnham u3a survey shortly, this is your opportunity to give us feedback about your u3a, and tell us what you would like to see, from outings, social events, to new interest groups.

It will also give myself and the committee valuable insight into where we can improve. The survey will be primarily web-based, however paper copies will also be available. And I very much look forward to receiving your feedback, good or bad!

On a slightly different note, we are now almost into August and planning for our stall at Burnham Carnival (27th September) is well underway. Although we have had a number of volunteers come forward we still need a few more. If you have one or two hours spare that you could help us with, please contact Jo Gray. In addition if any of you have photographs of anything to do with our u3a which we can use on the stand please send them to Diane Raddon, emails for both Jo and Diane can be found on the website and at the back of this newsletter.

I'm sure that many of you are just about to enter grandparent duties so might be a bit frazzled this time next month, good luck to you all!
